I wasn’t really sure what to expect from a chakra cleanse or if I really even believed in the effects before I had it done. During the treatment my body twitched in ways it hasn’t done so before, I had tears flow from my eyes as if my body was releasing something from inside that I was holding onto. Last night I had the deepest sleep. This morning while brushing, I had 2 tonsil stones come out - which has never happened before. I didn’t really know what to make out of the chakra cleanse until I noticed the physical changes occurring alongside the spiritual/mental effects. I’d definitely recommend it.

this wellness center has the most peaceful and serene vibes from the moment you walk in. as the smell of rose enters your nostrils, you start to relax and let nazanin take care of the rest. She reads your energy and does whatever’s necessary in order to clear out stuff that’s not needed in our bodies. then ofcourse you climb into the most exotic sheets and the hot oil gets poured into your ears for ear oiling or your forehead for an ayurvedic head massage. The way nazanin works with the flow of energy leaves you feeling refreshes and energized, not to mention lucky to have su h a compassionate, nurturing and talented practitioner who reads you so perfectly. I can’t explain the profound nature of this treatment, it was like nothing I had experienced before. Not only does the calmness settle in throughout your body, but a few days later, I feel more grounded, I can think with clarity, I am invigorated for what life as to offer, and have not been this creative in a while. Simply must be experienced to feel the full affect. I would highly recommend seeing Parvinder, wise beyond her years, so much love in her heart and above all, she is truly magical.
